We encourage our patrons to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their appointment. To be courteous to the next guest, please understand that being late may result in a reduction of services to fit the listed time-frame. During your time at Zahara you will be provided a robe and slippers. Zahara recommends you do not bring any valuables to your appointment as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please advise Zahara staff of any health conditions, allergies or injuries prior to your appointment because it can affect your service.
* For safety reasons no children under the age of 13 are allowed in the spa. To be able to receive treatment, our guests under 18 years of age need a written consent.
Your spa treatments are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you kindly respect the spa scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an “on call” status and can have travelled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
PRODUCTS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY.
Although most luxurious skin care companies do not accept returns mainly due to the inability to assure how the products were handeled / stored after leaving the premises, Zahara Day Spa will accept returned items that answer to the following conditions:
NEW / UN-OPENED / UN-USED PRODUCTS:
If you had a change of heart and decide you want to return brand new / unused and unopened products, you can do so based on the following conditions:
1- The purchase was made at Zahara Day Spa OR over the phone directly from Zahara Day Spa brand office. We can only handle returns/ exchanges if we have all the transaction details, were paid directly for the goods, and thus have access to reverse the transaction.
2- The produts must arrive back to Zahara Day Spa UNUSED within 14 days from the date the transaction was made in order to be returned or exchanged. All items must be accompnied by the orginal receipt.
3- All refunds will be credited to the card used to make the orginal purchase. Please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
