SPA ETIQUETTE
We encourage our patrons to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their appointment. To be courteous to the next guest, please understand that being late may result in a reduction of services to fit the listed time- frame. During your time at Zahara you will be provided a robe and slippers. Although the locker is supplied as a courtesy, Zahara recom- mends you do not bring any valuables to your appointment because we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please advise Zahara staff of any health conditions, allergies or injuries prior to your appointment because it can affect your service.
* For safety reasons no children under the age of 13 are allowed in the spa. To be able to receive treatment, our guests under 18 years of age need a written consent.
Cancellation policy
Please be advised that we request a credit card to be provided and a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to cancel an appointment or you will be charged in full.
Methods of payment
We accept cash, all major credit cards, bank cards and Zahara gift cards. We do not accept personal checks. Gratuities cannot be added to credit card payments. Zahara gift certificates are available for specific services or dollar amounts and gratuities can be added to those totals. All Zahara gift cards are non-refundable.
